Sport Manager II – The Various Modules

SMII comes with the following components /modules.

SM-Admin - SMII administration package is a MySQL based database that allows for efficient storage of club data whilst allowing for versatile querying of the database. It incorporates powerful membership management and tracking tools. It replaces the outdated codebase.
SM-Booking - The on-site booking console allows for regular players and members to make and cancel bookings as well as to check on their accounts for usage and available funds. It has the flexibility and capability to cope with different types of accounts such as coaches, clubs and casuals.
SM-Web - Our unique web-booking interface uses standard drop down menus along with point and click features. SM-Web is fully secure and easy to use. It gives members and clients the ability to make or cancel bookings along with viewing their bookings and account balance from anywhere that they can gain access to the internet.
SM-Lights - Controls the court lighting and comes complete with a full reporting and management system, The system is designed to be easy to install using standard Ethernet cabling and can in fact be linked by wireless Ethernet.
SM-Door - The new door controls allow for controlled 24-hour access to un-manned facilities and uses proximity cards, existing swipe cards, barcode readers or even finger-print readers to provide the security. We recommend the latest proximity cards but we are continually evaluating new devices. Installation is similarly simple.
SM-Security - This new module allows SMII to augment security by attaching and managing other security devices such as cameras and motion detectors. Again the use of industry standard device interfaces means that we are able to tap into the latest technological advances.
SM-Cards - Sport Manager II cards are linked to account holders and can be tailored to various modes to optimize ease of use or advertising revenue.
Thus:
• If you have special prices or subscriptions, you can issue regular users an account number and a Sport Manager II 'Card'. You can then tailor a fee package to suit the client, whether they are a hotel, school, single player, association, corporate or staff.
• User accounts can be set to pay on invoice, restricted to pre-pay, or fees collected on arrival (Pay-As-You-Go).
• Casual phone bookings (one-offs) do not require an account number or card bookings will remain blue in colour until paid on arrival at the sports centre. If on-line SM Credit (pending) is installed on your SM- Web, casuals can pre-pay by credit card prior to arrival.
• Cards are supplied complete with a unique barcode and account/membership number. If you issue a password with the account, regulars are able to access Web booking and door control systems.
• Multiple cards can be linked to a single account - ideal for corporate users.
Additional cards/numbers available on request.
Cards can be tailor printed to suit club/sports centre.
All Sport Manager II account numbers are unique-to enable tracking and affiliation to other centres that use Sport Manager II.
